We’re here to help. It often seems like the billing and payment process is more complicated than surgery. Here at NebOrtho, the people in our billing department are specialists in their own right. They understand the complexities of pre-approvals, paperwork and payments. And they’re happy to do all they can to assist you with the process. Pre-authorization for insurance – Bring us your private insurance pre-authorization or second opinion requirements and we will be pleased to help you obtain the details and documentation your insurance carrier may require. Deductible and co-insurance – Prior to surgery, we may ask that you provide us with a deposit, which will be applied toward your deductible and co-insurance. Patient responsibility for payment – Depending on the surgery or treatment, your insurance company may only allow what it considers usual and customary. Keep in mind that any remaining amount is the patient’s responsibility. Billing and insurance can be confusing. Please contact our billing department for assistance.
